Santana Ranch,
San Benito County

We develop and execute public affairs, PR and community relations campaigns for commercial and residential community development proposals. Working with the Santana Ranch project team, we coordinated targeted communications programs to reach select audiences with an overall goal of achieving community and political support. Programs included branding, print collateral development, direct mail, media and comprehensive meeting information kits, media relations, media training, advertising, website, video flyover projects, community information meetings and informational tables, stakeholder outreach, supporter cultivation and development. The campaign resulted in unanimous approvals.
